I have a Masters degree in clinical psychology and am qualified in CBT, NLP and stress management.
I studied Mindfulness at Samye Ling Monastery in Scotland with Aberdeen University and now I teach it in a range of locations in Bristol and elsewhere.
As a Buddhist I feel motivated to help people and I believe that the very purpose of our lives is to seek happiness.
A proven way for people to free themselves from their ‘monkey minds’ is with the incredible power of meditation and self-compassion: I use this with those I see on a one-to-one basis and teach it in my workshops.
I am passionate about the benefits of Mindfulness and I know first-hand how it can help people.
