I am a trained chef and I have taught British and French Cookery to a wide range of students. I have also been a trainer for the Chartered Institute of Environmental Health for over twenty years, specialising in Food Safety and Nutrition.
I was educated in the USA and the UK, and I hold advanced qualifications in Food Safety and a Bsc (hons) in Food, Nutrition and Health. I am extremely interested in all aspects of food and also health policy.
My classes are relaxed and enjoyable – so come along to learn some great skills in a fun environment!
