No need to cook on these Fridays or Saturdays. Spend the day watching the tutor prepare a wide selection of delicious traditional Italian dishes, which may include antipasti, fresh pasta, risotto, main courses and desserts. You will sample all the dishes for lunch, accompanied by a glass of wine.
A demonstration course, with some opportunity for hands-on participation. There is an additional ingredients cost, usually between £5 – £7, payable to the tutor for each session.

Subject: Italian Language and Culture
I am Italian, grew up in Sicily and came to England in 1999 inspired by a great love for traveling and for foreign languages.
Having finished my language degree in Exeter I completed my PGCE and began teaching.
In 2005 I started running Italian evening classes and I have been teaching in Adult Education for the last 10 years as I find it very rewarding.
I am very enthusiastic and love motivating students to progress further in their learning.
I love teaching my language and providing students with lots of possibilities to understand the diverse aspects of Italian culture such as book clubs, film screenings and special regional days.
Coming from a traditional Sicilian family, where food – both cooking and eating – are regarded as a major priority, I’ve always had a passion for cooking which I love sharing.
I always encourage people to have a go a food such as delicious fresh pasta!
