The summer school encourages a multi-disciplinary approach to working on paper and fabric.
Combining techniques and experimentation is encouraged. The course is intensive giving the opportunity to become immersed in the process of making and creativity. Fee includes cost of core materials. For information, email barbara.disney@talk21.com.

Tutor – Barbara Disney
Subject: Printmaking
I have many years experience of running courses, workshops and creating public art within a socially engaged practice.
As a printmaker I work on a variety surfaces, including textiles, paper, porcelain and enamelling metal. I use whatever technique is appropriate to the project.
This broad and experimental approach extends into my adult learning teaching. Following sessions where the different techniques included in the course are introduced I encourage each individual to develop whichever process or combination of processes will be most successful and interesting for each piece.
