Whether you’re a committed vegetarian or just want to enjoy an occasional meat-free meal, you are welcome to join us for this demonstration course. See how to prepare a range of delicious vegetarian dishes and sample the results. We will share ideas and information about the various benefits of vegetarian food whilst you watch the tutor produce tasty food from straightforward recipes which might include: vegetable risotto, spicy chickpeas, bean burgers, pasta sauces, and the use of grains such as quinoa and pearl barley.
A demonstration course, with some opportunity for handson participation. There is an additional ingredients cost, usually between £4 – £6, payable to the tutor for each session.
