Inspiration, recipes and hands-on practice to create easy and delicious brunches. One of the dishes we’ll make and eat, for example, will be a toasted courgette loaf, topped with avocado, grilled halloumi, roasted tomatoes, a poached egg and drizzled with a basil oil. Dishes prepared will be eaten in session and/or taken home.
