It aims to raise body awareness, increase flexibility and improve posture through breathing, stretching and gentle exercise & dance/movement to music. These classes fuse together elements of Yoga, Pilates, Franklin method, mindfulness and dance. Suited to all levels and abilities. No previous experience necessary.

I am a Dance Movement Psychotherapist with a background in physical theatre, music and a wide range of different dance/movement styles.
My body and movement work are influenced by my background, as well as my interests in the power of creativity and understanding how the body and mind are connected.
I am also a musician and Argentine Tango teacher, dancer and performer.
