Pick up some useful tips for posture, active alignment, self-care, balance and use of efficient movement. You will learn some gentle exercises to use at home to stimulate the nervous system and the body. These workshops fuse together elements of Yoga, Pilates, Franklin method, mindfulness and dance. No floor work. Wear loose clothes. Great as a taster to one of our longer courses.

My body and movement work are influenced by my background, as well as my interests in the power of creativity and understanding how the body and mind are connected.
I am also a musician and Argentine Tango teacher, dancer and performer.
