Inspiration, recipes and hands-on practice to discover and create the delicious food of Mexico & Latin America. Fajitas, Burritos, Tacos and Enchiladas are a few of the dishes that Mexico is well known for and enjoyed by so many for their flavours, colours, textures, and great use of healthy, easily available ingredients. Some of the dishes we’ll make will be Thyme Roasted Vegetable & Quinoa Burritos, Crispy Baked Avocado & Tomato Tacos, and Chicken Fajitas with Guacamole & Pico de Gallo.
