Inspiration, recipes and hands-on practice to create easy and delicious brunches. By cooking ahead and using fresh additions on the day, you can nurture yourself with good food, get the family together, and delight your friends and weekend guests. One of the dishes we’ll make and eat, for example, will be a toasted courgette loaf, topped with avocado, grilled halloumi, roasted tomatoes, a poached egg and drizzled with a basil oil. Dishes prepared will be eaten in session and/or taken home.
