Inspiration, recipes and hands-on practice to create a variety of sweet and savoury pastries from scratch and use them to make a range of dishes. It’s great hobby and entertaining cooking, and also by making ahead, pastry can easily be turned into a quick and tasty dishes. The dishes we’ll make for example, will include an apple pie from scratch, a walnut pastry goats cheese tartlet, and chocolate fudge or salted butterscotch profiteroles. Dishes prepared will be eaten in session and/or taken home.
