Anyone can heal. Reiki works by channelling the healing power of the universe to promote a natural balance between mind, body and spirit. Recipients have reported that Reiki can help with headaches, back pain and other physical ailments. It can also help alleviate depression, improve focus and motivation and promote a general sense of well-being. In this course short course, we will explore the foundations of Reiki and practise healing ourselves and others. Completion of the course includes Reiki Level 1 Attunement.
