In this course learners will gain a deeper understanding of the most commonly used family history resources, and the use of correct research techniques.
Topics covered include: how to use online genealogical search websites in a professional way; how to interpret correctly census records, parish registers, birth, marriage and death certificates. Also, how to create a basic family tree avoiding the common errors of amateur genealogists.
