Subject: Cookery

I began teaching adults 20 years ago and before that, I taught Food and Nutrition in a secondary school. I have been teaching at Stoke Lodge for the last 5 years.

I have offered a range of courses over the years, but one that always remains popular is Vegetarian Cookery – I have gathered quite an assortment of recipes now!

I am currently developing my knowledge and recipe collection for gluten-free diets.

All courses are demonstration style, so that everyone can sit back, observe and then taste the results.

Groups are usually small and friendly and we all learn from each other – me included!

I love meeting so many interesting people on my courses, and I’m looking forward to meeting you!
