Learn how to make the quintessential English Cream Tea and learn the history behind the tradition. Recipes will include: Victoria sand which, homemade scones with homemade strawberry conserve and clotted cream and finger sandwiches.

At the end of the afternoon, we will enjoy all that has been prepared with a selection of fine teas and sparkling wine.
