Subject: Art, Art History, Literature and Creative
Teaching has been part of my life since I was 16, and I have worked with all ages and abilities, in a wide variety of settings, including secondary schools, museums, self-help centres, and on the road as a tour guide throughout western Europe.
I trained in the Visual Arts and Theatre in Paris and London, before undertaking a PGCE at Cambridge University.
A Reiki Master, I have also devised and run many workshops in personal development, helping people touch base with a deeper sense of self.
As a writer, my work covers poetry, theatre, children’s and young adult fiction, and non-fiction.
I have a broad range of interests, and particularly enjoy sharing my love for the arts, and encouraging others’ creativity and self-awareness.
I have a sensitive and fun-loving approach to teaching, whilst taking the subject seriously, and I like to create a supportive atmosphere, with lots of laughter too.
