Inspiration, recipes and hands-on practice to create sweet and savoury doughs, breads and buns. We’ll make quick-breads, flatbreads, yeast breads, wraps, a health loaf, sweet treats, and brioche dough. One of the dishes we’ll make and eat, for example, will be a Camembert and Caramelised Onion Pie (brioche dough). In another session, there would be Irish Soda Bread to take home. Dishes prepared will be eaten in session and/or taken home.
