Comfort food is restoring, makes us feel good and nurtures us. Often this food takes hours to make and cook, but when we need something quicker and beans on toast just won’t do, we need inspiration! This course will use tricks, tips and shortcuts to show how we can meet the need for quick and comforting food. From hearty hot-pots, through traybakes, to warm salads. Dishes prepared will be eaten in session and/or taken home.
