Gentle exercises to help us stay positive and gentle in mind and body; strengthening, stretching and developing our inner resilience. The sessions will be delivered over Zoom. Make sure you are wearing something comfortable that you can move in and that you are in a room with minimal disturbance. All exercises sitting or standing. No previous experience necessary and levels and abilities welcome. If restrictions are lifted later in the summer, we may continue at Stoke Lodge by negotiation.

I am a Dance Movement Psychotherapist with a background in physical theatre, music and a wide range of different dance/movement styles.
My body and movement work are influenced by my background, as well as my interests in the power of creativity and understanding how the body and mind are connected.
I am also a musician and Argentine Tango teacher, dancer and performer.
