Subject: Art (printmaking, photography, mixed media)
I’m a Bristol-based artist and creative facilitator working across printmaking, photography and mixed media. I bring over 25 years of experience as an art educator, which continues to shape my approach to teaching, learning and creative exploration.
After leaving full-time teaching in 2024, I now work independently through Curly Red Sam Art, developing my own practice alongside delivering inclusive workshops, retreats and community projects across the South West.
My work is bold, colourful and rooted in experimentation and hands-on making. I’m passionate about creating welcoming, supportive spaces where learners of all ages and abilities can build confidence, explore materials and develop their own creativity and artistic voice.
I’m really looking forward to working with learners at Stoke Lodge and supporting them on their creative journey.
