The Rooms

We offer all the amenities you would expect of a modern business venue – with the added extra of being set in beautiful surroundings. Stoke Lodge is a grade II listed building and a much loved adult learning centre with modern furniture and facilities throughout. The stunning location and excellent facilities make Stoke Lodge suitable for a wide range of functions from meetings to special events.

Showcase of the Rooms

Stoke Lodge dates back to William Munro, who was responsible for purchasing pockets of land around Stoke Lodge and building the House in 1836.

Room 1

Room 1 Space

Situated on the Ground Floor of Stoke Lodge this large L shaped room with wooden flooring throughout and high ceilings add to a great atmosphere. The Foyer area just outside is perfect for registration, refreshments and networking.

Room 2 and Room 3

Both large rooms with lots of natural light and wooden flooring. These rooms can be hired separately or together for larger functions. Perfect for family parties with access to the children’s playground.

Room 4, Room 5 and Room 6

These rooms offer great spaces that can be used for events
such as away days for staff, networking events, community group meetings and summer schools. All rooms include a whiteboard, Smart TV and Wi-Fi.

Room 7 – The IT Suite

IT SuiteSituated on the first floor of Stoke Lodge and carpeted throughout this IT suite has 11 computers with high speed internet connection and a smart TV.
Perfect for workshops and staff training.

Situated on the first floor of the main building this room is perfect for smaller board meetings, presentations and training.

Perfect for small meetings or lone working and can be booked as an office space which can be a great alternative to working from home.

A light space perfect for team away days and meetings and equipped with a sink which is great if you are thinking of running a creative workshop.

The small kitchen includes a fridge, two dishwashers, water boiler, tea and coffee making facilities and assorted crockery, cutlery and glassware.
