COOKERY: We have a newly refurbished kitchen at Stoke Lodge and are delighted to be able to offer an exciting new range of cookery courses.
Most of our courses are a mixture of demonstration and hands on activity so please check the individual descriptions for details.
You will of course be provided with all the recipes.
Please note that recipes may include use of nuts or dairy produce or ingredients containing gluten, and therefore please advise the admin office at the point of enrolment if you are allergic to any ingredients.
