Cookery

We are delighted to be able to offer a exciting range of courses from our Stoke Lodge Kitchen.  Groups are small (we are a beautiful but compact space!)

We have a fantastic range of cookery workshops on offer this year.  In just a few hours you can explore a new cuisine and try your hand at some great new recipes.

Dietary Requirements and Allergies

When enrolling on a cookery course, please tell us if you have any dietary requirements, allergies, or intolerances.  Providing this information at the point of enrolment helps us plan effectively and gives us the best chance of accommodating your needs.

We will make every reasonable effort to support dietary requirements; however, we cannot guarantee that course content or recipes can be fully adapted.  Some adjustments may not be possible depending on the cuisine, the ingredients required, or the structure of the session.  Substituting ingredients may also affect the preparation process, timings and final result.

Please be aware that other learners may use ingredients you cannot consume, and despite thorough cleaning and precautions, we cannot guarantee an allergen-free environment.  Many pre-packaged items (e.g. spices, icing sugar, chocolate ) may also carry ‘may contain’ warnings due to factory handling.  If specialist ingredients are needed, an additional change may apply.

If you are unsure whether a particular course can meet your needs, please contact us before booking and we will be happy to advise.

Please note: If allergies or dietary requirements are disclosed only upon arrival, same day adaptations cannot be made. In these situations, learners will be asked to sign a same day disclaimer before taking part in the session.

Pasta Taster (CSA33)


Description: Learn how to make fresh durum wheat pasta dough to transform into hand-rolled cavatelli. You’ll also make a seasonal sauce to serve with your pasta.
