We are delighted to be able to offer a exciting new range of courses from our refurbished Stoke Lodge Kitchen. Some of our courses are a mixture of hands on an demonstration and some are fully hands on. Groups are small (we are a beautiful but compact space!)
Middle Eastern Mezze
A course consisting of demonstration and hands on practice to create tasty little dishes for sharing. Some examples of dishes we will make are Hummus with sumac, roasted beetroot with za’atar, lamb kefte. Please bring containers to take all the dishes home.

A course consisting of demonstration and hands on practice to create a range of sweet and savoury pastry dishes, such as tart tatin, goats cheese tartlets, chocolate fudge profiteroles.

Italian Cookery: Pizza and Tiramisù
From the best pizza dough to secret techniques for making pizza, you will learn how to knead and roll out the perfect and traditional pizza. We will also make Tiramisù, one of the most famous Italian desserts.
