NEW Reiki Healing Level 1 And Attunement

Reiki is a natural healing energy that works on every level, not just the physical, and is understood to promote the body’s regenerative self- healing ability. In this course, you will explore the basics of Usui Reiki healing and finish with Reiki Level 1 Attunement in the last session.  You will learn to give Reiki healing to your friends, family and of course, yourself. Intermediate Tai Chi

If you have done some tai chi before and understand the basic principles, this class is for you.  We will learn sets 1-28 of the Chen Style Form, focusing on body alignment, relaxation, breathing, and whole-body movements. Tai Chi For Health
