Some courses will run as online courses and some will start at Stoke Lodge. You can see the starting venue/format for each course listed below. We reserve the right to change the format of the course, in term, should safety advice change.


 

Intermediate Tai Chi 

If you have done some tai chi before and understand the basic principles, this class is for you.  We will learn sets 1-28 of the Chen Style Form, focusing on body alignment, relaxation, breathing, and whole-body movements. Wear comfortable clothing and flat shoes. If you are new to this class and considering enrolling, you must email the tutor before signing up to ensure you have the right level of experience to benefit from this intermediate class. Tai Chi For Health

For those new to Tai Chi or wanting to understand the basics of in this fascinating gentle form of exercise, we will learn sets 1-15 of the Chen Style Form, exploring health, strength and balance through good body alignment, relaxation and breathing.  Wear comfortable clothing and flat shoes or trainers.

This course will be delivered at Stoke Lodge but will move online if necessary using ZOOM.
