Intermediate Tai Chi
If you have done some tai chi before and understand the basic principles, this class is for you. We will learn sets 1-28 of the Chen Style Form, focusing on body alignment, relaxation, breathing, and whole-body movements. Wear comfortable clothing and flat shoes. If you are new to this class and considering enrolling, you must email the tutor before signing up to ensure you have the right level of experience to benefit from this intermediate class. For those new to Tai Chi or wanting to understand the basics of this fascinating gentle form of exercise, we will learn sets 1-15 of the Chen Style Form, exploring health, strength and balance through good body alignment, relaxation and breathing. NEW Reiki Healing Level 2 And Attunement
Take your Reiki to the next level! In this Level 2 course you will develop your skills in healing others. You will also deepen your understanding of Reiki. Learners must have a certificate showing they have achieved Reiki Level 1 and be able to demonstrate Reiki Level 1 techniques and competencies.

NEW Homemade Botanical Beauty & Wellbeing Products
Learn how to make a range of natural botanical body care products. You will be mixing, measuring and blending essential oils and other natural ingredients to make Spa products such as bath bombs, lip balms, face creams and body scrubs. You will learn about the different ingredients, their uses, properties and benefits. Fee includes materials.

Ways To Health And Well-Being
We all need a bit of ‘me time’ every now and then. This short course will introduce you to fun new ways to improve your health and wellbeing.
You will explore ways to feel well and at home in your body such as gentle hand massage, gentle eastern movement (Qi Gong), simple stretches, breathing techniques, short and easy meditation techniques and how you can eat for more joy and health.
